Role Description
This role is an opportunity to directly contribute to the company’s success as the first line of contact with prospective customers throughout the United States. You will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing genuine relationships with potential customers. You will need to be creative and use sometimes overlooked channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook groups, ClubHouse, Direct mail) to connect with decision-makers. You will have to be knowledgeable on the product in order to lead high-level product demos.
What You'll Do
Strategize with leadership to design a targeted call plan of action
Use various platforms to conduct company and contact research to develop accounts and personalize outreach
Contact prospects through calls, emails, and other channels to explain how touCanna will help them work better, faster, and save costs.
Schedule product demos between prospect and Account Executives
Timely and accurate updating of internal systems.
Analyze sales data and recommend new outreach strategies
Participate in creating overall sales strategic goals and processes.
Participate in establishing key performance metrics that will fuel touCanna’s growth
What You Bring
1+ years of experience in business-to-business sales
Drive, flexibility, willingness to learn, and a passion to win
A growth mindset and are eager to accept feedback and actively seek out ways
to get better every day
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and data tools
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot)
Excellent listening and communication skills
